By purchasing advertising services from Fountains Living, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Advertising Services

Fountains Living provides advertising placements within its printed publication. Placement size, issue selection, and pricing are confirmed at the time of purchase. Placement is reserved only after payment is received in full.

Payment Terms

All advertising fees are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. For multi-issue agreements, full payment may be collected upfront or invoiced per issue according to the selected agreement.

Content Submission & Approval

Advertisers are responsible for providing accurate, appropriate, and legally compliant content. All advertising materials must be submitted by the agreed deadline. If design services are requested, additional fees apply. Advertisers are responsible for reviewing and approving final artwork prior to publication.

Ad Design Services

If ad design is provided by Fountains Living, up to two rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of print production, advertising fees are non-refundable once an ad placement has been confirmed and production has begun.

Views & Content Disclaimer

The views and opinions expressed in advertisements, advertorials, and editorial contributions are those of the advertisers or authors and do not necessarily reflect the views or positions of Fountains Living or its publisher.

Fountains Living does not endorse specific products, services, or claims made by advertisers.

Right to Refuse or Remove Content

Fountains Living reserves the right to refuse or remove any advertisement or content that is misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the standards of the publication.

Limitation of Liability

Fountains Living is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to advertising performance, results, or business outcomes.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
